1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the April 2025 Sales Promotion offered by Maeflower Bookkeeping Ltd ("we," "us," or "our").
1.2 By participating in this promotion, customers ("you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Promotion Details
2.1 Offer 1: New customers signing up for Self-Assessment Tax Return services before April 30, 2025, will receive a 10% discount on the total service fee.

2.2 Offer 2: New customers signing up for Self-Assessment Tax Return services and bookkeeping services will receive a 20% discount on the total service fee.
2.3 This offer applies only to new customers who have not previously used our services.
2.4 The discount applies exclusively to Self-Assessment Tax Return services and/or bookkeeping services and does not extend to other services unless explicitly stated.

2.5 The bookkeeping services will be for a prior or current 12-month period only. If customers wish to continue to receive bookkeeping services after the 12-month period has elapsed or, do not disengage in time to cease services at the end of the 12-month period, continuing services will be chargeable at the undiscounted price.
2.5 This offer is subject to availability.

3. Eligibility
3.1 This promotion is available to UK-based individuals who are required to file a Self-Assessment Tax Return for the 2024/25 tax year.
3.2 The offer is only valid those required to file a Self-Assessment Tax Return.
3.3 Businesses, accountants, or third-party bookkeepers acting on behalf of a client are not eligible for this promotion.
3.4 From time to time, there may be customers for whom we are not qualified to provide services. In such cases, we reserve the right to decline service, and these customers will be excluded from this offer.

4. How to Claim
4.1 To qualify for the discount, you must:

• Sign up before April 30, 2025 (by 11:59 PM GMT).

• Provide all necessary documentation and information required for filing the Self-Assessment Tax Return.

• Agree to Maeflower Bookkeeping’s standard service terms and conditions.

4.2 The discount will be applied to your final invoice once all required information has been provided and your return is prepared for submission.

5. Payment & Invoicing
5.1 The discounted fee must be paid in full before the Self-Assessment Tax Return is submitted to HMRC.
5.2 The discount cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or referral discounts.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
6.1 If you cancel the service before the Self-Assessment Tax Return is completed, the discount will be void.
6.2 No refunds will be given once the service has commenced, except where legally required.

7. General Conditions
7.1 Maeflower Bookkeeping Ltd reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Refuse the discount if there is evidence of misuse or fraudulent activity.

7.2 This offer is not transferable and has no cash value.
